In this Summer season, make a plan to have a light healthy dinner. Beef is the meat of cattle.

Beef is rich in various vitamins and minerals, especially iron and zinc. Take moderate amount (100 to 150 grams) of beef would definitely make a healthy go for both men and women.

Chapli Kabab is the special Pakistani Cuisine. And, it's the famous food of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, city of Pakistan. Chapli Kabab is epitome of tempting, juicy taste, mouth-watering and hunger-enhancing aroma.

3) Keep mince bowl rest for 30 mins. Then make 9-10 small kababs
